Bally's Corporation in Atlantic City, NJ is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service and maintain building systems. The role covers mechanical and electrical components, including HVAC units, piping, and drainage, with opportunities to train apprentices.

You will read blueprints, perform routine maintenance, replace filters, and respond to calls in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position offers a stable schedule in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems including high, medium, and low temperature units.
• Repair and adjust equipment as required.
• Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems per specs and codes; assist with Apprentice Engineer training.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Change and install air filters as required.
• Maintain air handling units.
• Respond to routine maintenance calls.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Performs maintenance on mechanical and electrical aspects of systems to include high, medium, and low temperature units.
• Repairs and adjusts equipment as required.
• Installs and repairs pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems as per specifications and applicable codes. Assists with training of the Apprentice Engineer.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Changes and installs air filters as required.
• Maintains air handling units.
• Responds to routine maintenance calls as required.
• Other Duties as assigned

Work Environment:

• Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Target Salary Range:

$31.45 Hourly
