Job summary

Gerrity's Supermarkets is seeking a Refrigeration Equipment Technician to support maintenance across store facilities. You will perform HVAC and refrigeration tasks, electrical and carpentry work, and ensure safety compliance while delivering high standards of customer service.

The role requires 2-3 years of maintenance experience, ability to lift 75 lbs, and willingness to travel to various locations. Fluency in English is essential, with a strong work ethic and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

2-3 years experience in maintenance required.
Experience with HVAC and refrigeration.
Experience in mechanical and equipment repair is a plus.
Fluent English-speaking and writing skills.
Able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
Able to travel as required.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

General store maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
Work on HVAC and refrigeration projects for store needs.
Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
Attend work as scheduled and manage task priorities effectively.
Operate and maintain equipment in good condition.
Respond to maintenance issues promptly and inform supervisor of problems.
