You will work on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects, travel as needed, and collaborate with the Maintenance team to prioritize tasks and uphold Gerrity's high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• HVAC/Refrigeration experience.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting.
• Work on HVAC and Refrigeration projects for store needs.
• Operate Windows-based software and tools.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Attendance and timely reporting of maintenance issues to supervisor.
