Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to read schematics, layout plans, and technical docs for code compliance.
• Experience diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues and implementing fixes.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and EPA 608 handling protocols.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and calibrate HVAC and refrigeration systems with ductwork and control panels, ensuring code compliance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues in commercial/industrial equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to optimize performance and reduce downtime.
• Conduct inspections and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance.
• Lead and mentor field teams, providing technical guidance and safety practices.
• Manage service calls, document maintenance actions, and coordinate with external providers.
• Operate company vehicles and complete service calls within assigned regions.
