You will interpret schematics, diagnose issues, and lead field teams while ensuring safety, code compliance, and quality service.

Ideal candidates bring EPA 608 certification, experience with commercial HVAC/R, and strong communication skills to coordinate with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R certification or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in mechanical maintenance or construction-related field.
• EPA 608 certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience leading teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and calibrate HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration units and racks.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Lead field teams and coordinate service calls.
• Document work using digital tools.
• Operate company vehicles safely within regions.
