Job summary

Beyond Meat, Inc. is seeking a Refrigeration & HVAC Technician for the Devault, PA facility. This on-site role focuses on preventive maintenance and rapid repairs of commercial HVAC equipment used in a food manufacturing environment.

You will diagnose faults, manage refrigerant, perform leak checks, and uphold safety and quality standards while supporting production efficiencies and equipment uptime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years HVAC experience.
• Type 4 Universal EPA certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ammonia experience is a plus.
• CMMS software knowledge.
• Food/beverage manufacturing facility experience.
• Ability to work after hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults on HVAC systems.
• Test setups for air or gas leaks using pressure gauges.
• Check refrigerant levels and recharge per SOPs.
• Maintain and service production equipment and complete work orders.
• Maximize OEE and drive corrective actions.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely.
• Adhere to OSHA, GMP/HACCP and food safety standards.
