Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a full-time Field Service Technician to diagnose and install commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment in the field. The technician will be responsible for maintaining company vehicles, parts, and tools and may train with leading manufacturers to enhance knowledge.

EPA certification is required; motivated, hard-working individuals are encouraged to apply. Overtime is available with uncapped hourly potential, reflecting the opportunity to grow with the fleet

Qualifications

• EPA certified required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in field or similar field
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a bonus
• Valid Driver's License to drive company vehicle

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and install Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Equipment in the field

This is a full-time position, technician will be responsible to be in the field diagnosing, installing Commerical HVAC and Refrigeration Equipment, Technician will be responsible for taking care of company vehicle, parts and tools. Technician will have opportunity to train and with our leading manufacturers to maintain and continue to grow knowledge. Technician must be EPA certified. Looking for motivated and hard-working individuals to help grow our fleet and take care of our amazing customers. Overtime provided/allowed. Uncapped hourly potential over time!
