Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of HVAC/R equipment and systems in commercial and industrial settings. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, technically and mechanically inclined, and has exceptional communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain refrigeration systems in commercial environments.
• Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration issues promptly and efficiently.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and inspections on refrigeration equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and EPA guidelines.
• Document maintenance and repair activities accurately and comprehensively.
• Communicate with customers on work performed, repair quotes, and maintenance measures.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in refrigeration systems.
• Experience in commercial refrigeration systems is essential.
• Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
• NATE certification is a plus.
• Basic electrical and mechanical repair skills.
