Pay rate: USD $25.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality service, repair, and maintenance of HVAC/R systems for commercial clients.
• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Travel to job sites, ensuring schedules are maintained and customers are informed.
• Work nights or weekends on a rotating basis for emergency services.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition.
• Document services electronically via iPad applications.
• Identify opportunities for additional business and report accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of recent HVAC/R technician experience.
• Must reside within 30 miles of the job location.
• Valid driver's license and EPA certification.
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
• Knowledge of HVAC/R principles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs., climb, and work in various environments.
