Qualifications

• Post-secondary training in refrigeration or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising technicians and coordinating contractors.
• Knowledge of EPA regulations governing refrigerants.
• Experience with energy management and HVAC systems in retail.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Store Service Technicians and outside contractors to ensure compliance with EPA regulations and proper refrigerant handling.
• Review job performance, safety practices, preventive maintenance, and work assignments with technicians.
• Interview applicants, provide orientation, and supervise training of new Service Techs.
• Oversee installation of refrigeration and related equipment during store construction or remodels.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and installations to minimize customer disruption.
• Develop and implement energy management gear plans for new installations and supervise startup of new equipment.
