This position is responsible for a variety of tasks relating to installation, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems and refrigeration units across the campus. Duties include diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults and performing tasks such as cleaning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC systems. Hourly Rate: $21.05EXAMS, LICENSE, AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTSApplicants must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to be certified through the Southeastern Defensive Driving CourseAppropriate EPA refrigerant recycling and recovery certification for technicians (as required under Section 608 of the Clean Air Act, 1990). Southeastern requires a Type IV, Universal Certification.
