Job summary

Northeast Texas Community College is seeking an instructor to lead hands-on learning in the Industrial Training Center. You will teach and guide students through curriculum in person and via LearnAmatrol and BlackBoard LMS, and oversee labs to ensure safe, effective skill development.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of air conditioning and refrigeration experience or technical training, and preferably prior teaching or workforce training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years work experience and/or technical training in air conditioning and refrigeration.
• Prior teaching experience and/or workforce training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach and guide students through curriculum in person and utilizing learnamatrol.com and BlackBoard LMS.
• Assist students with hands‑on skills related to Industrial coursework.
• Maintain the Industrial Training Center's hands‑on skills labs.
• Repair equipment and aid in maintaining inventory of consumables.
• Other duties as assigned.
