Nextech is seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to deliver reliable, high-quality service to commercial clients. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain systems, with after-hours on-call rotation and daily dispatch from home for convenience.

The role requires at least 2 years of field experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. You will document all service details on iPads and uphold top-quality customer communication and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years HVAC/R field experience required.
• EPA certification and valid driver’s license required.
• Able to read schematics and work plans.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
• Perform maintenance and emergency service as needed, including after-hours on-call rotations.
• Accurately document all service details using company-provided iPads.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to high standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.
• Identify additional service opportunities and share them with customers.
