Job summary

Nextech is seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to service commercial clients, diagnose and repair systems, and perform preventive maintenance. You’ll document service details and coordinate with dispatch to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC/R field technician experience required.
• EPA certification and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service, including after-hours on-call rotations.
• Accurately document service details using company-provided iPads.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to high standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.
• Identify additional service opportunities and present them to customers.
