Job summary

CoolSys is seeking an HVAC/R Technician to service and repair a variety of equipment across commercial environments. You will work on air conditioning systems, boilers, walk-in coolers, ice machines, and related components, ensuring safety, reliability, and energy efficiency.

Requirements include 1–2 years of industry experience, active EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer relations. We offer competitive hourly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a quarterly bonus plan.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of commercial experience as an HVAC and Refrigeration Technician.
• Active EPA Certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to safely lift to 50 lbs., climb and balance on a ladder, and work in elevated/high locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Service air conditioning, heating units, boilers, and walk-in coolers/freezers.
• Inspect electrical components and motors; diagnose issues.
• Work safely when lifting, climbing ladders, and working in elevated locations.
