Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. in New Jersey is seeking an HVAC Technician I to join our team and keep store equipment running smoothly. You will respond to service requests, perform repairs, and troubleshoot HVAC systems with up-to-date tools and teamwork.

Minimum 1+ year HVAC/refrigeration experience, High School Diploma or GED, and EPA 608 certification. A valid driver’s license is required; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, 401k, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• EPA 608 (Type I and II or Universal) Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of systems.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems using the latest tools and technology.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports; train and mentor junior technicians.
