CoolSys in Austin is seeking an experienced HVAC/R Technician to service and maintain a wide range of commercial equipment, from air handlers to walk-in coolers. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, and ensure systems run efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer relations. We offer competitive pay, a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, paid training, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience.
• Active EPA Certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to safely lift to 50 lbs., climb and balance on a ladder, and work in elevated/high locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment including air conditioning, boilers, walk-in coolers and freezers, and related controls.
• Diagnose issues, order parts, and ensure efficient system operation.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies and EPA regulations.
