Job summary

Carolinas Refrigeration LLC is looking for a detail-oriented HVAC/R technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in commercial environments. The role emphasizes accurate diagnostics, system cleaning, and ongoing optimization. Candidates should have strong customer service and communication skills, be self-motivated, and able to manage their workload.

EPA certification is a plus and certification assistance is available. A valid U.S.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R experience and willingness to continue education in the HVAC field
• EPA Certification is a plus; certification assistance is available
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a good driving record; CDL not required
• Working knowledge of local inspection codes is a plus

HVAC/R Technician Requirements

• HVAC/R technician experience and willingness to continue education in the HVAC field


• Valid U.S. driver's license with a good driving record; CDL not required


• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills


• Ability to self-motivate and self-manage workload


• EPA Certification is a plus; certification assistance is available
