HVAC/R Technician Requirements:

HVAC/R technician experience and willingness to continue education in the HVAC field

Valid U.S. driver's license with a good driving record; CDL not required

A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to self-motivate and self-manage workload

EPA Certification is a plus; certification assistance is available

Working knowledge of local inspection codes, a plus
