• Experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and monitoring repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and HVAC control systems.
• Clean, inspect, calibrate, and replace parts to maintain HVAC systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC controls including pneumatic, electric, and electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/BAS control issues and balance systems.
• Respond to service calls and estimate repairs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Work extensively outdoors installing and maintaining technical equipment.

Perform maintenance and monitoring repairs to Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing and inventory control Clean, inspect, calibrate, and change parts to maintain HVAC systems Utilize tools, materials, and test equipment for installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC control systems Install, maintain, and repair HVAC controls including pneumatic, electric, and electronic systems Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/BAS control issues Adjust and calibrate pneumatic and electronic devices to balance HVAC systems Inspect and service controls on a scheduled basis Respond to service calls and troubleshoot system issues Prepare repair and installation estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems Perform manufacturer-required preventive and emergency repairs on HVAC equipment Service Electric-Only HVAC Systems and Gas Boiler and Electric HVAC Systems Inspect and test equipment and systems to maintain technical integrity Review technical manuals to remain current with evolving technology and electrical safety codes Work extensively outdoors installing and maintaining technical equipment
