Job summary

7-Eleven in Las Vegas is seeking an HVAC Technician I to join our team and help keep our stores running smoothly. You will respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and in-store equipment, perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot systems with modern tools.

The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, comprehensive benefits, 401k, PTO, tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance, and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• Certifications: EPA 608 (Type I, II, or Universal).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership potential, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of systems, from cold beverage machines to lighting and security equipment.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems using the latest tools and technology.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a supportive team.
