Job summary

Nextech is seeking a HVAC/R Technician to deliver reliable service to commercial clients. You will diagnose, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and electronic components. You’ll document all service details on iPads and maintain your vehicle and tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years HVAC/R field technician experience.
• EPA certification and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
• Perform maintenance and emergency service as needed, including after-hours on-call rotations.
• Accurately document all service details using company-provided iPads.
• Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to the highest standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.
• Identify additional service opportunities and share them with customers.
