Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification required.

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

• Senior-Level: Strong experience with complex systems (chillers, boilers, low temp refrigeration).
• Senior-Level: Proven ability to diagnose and solve problems without trial-and-error.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Working on a range of equipment (RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers, refrigeration, etc.).
• Performing preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Handling installs, startups, and system commissioning.
• Communicating clearly with customers on issues, repairs, and recommendations.
• Documenting work accurately (notes, photos, parts, quotes).
• Participating in an on-call rotation.
• Representing the company professionally on every job.
• Senior-Level: Handle complex diagnostics independently.
• Senior-Level: Work on large/critical systems in industrial environments.
• Senior-Level: Mentor and support less experienced technicians.
