Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of commercial HVAC-R service experience.
• EPA Certification required; additional certifications a plus.
• Strong administrative skills—documentation, reporting, invoicing, and follow-up.
• Sales aptitude with ability to communicate value to customers and close on Planned Service Agreements.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Aufgaben

• Perform commercial HVAC-R service, maintenance, and repairs independently.
• Sell and manage Planned Service Agreements with commercial customers.
• Manage all service administration tasks; prepare HVAC Tracker reports, invoicing, and track service activity.
