SMSI Group is seeking an experienced HVAC service technician to join our team in Springdale, Arkansas. You will be responsible for various work orders, addressing HVAC, indoor air quality, and refrigeration systems in homes and businesses.

The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, can explain repairs to customers, and is experienced in indoor air quality and refrigeration. Compensation starts at $20+ hourly, based on experience.
