Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Developmental Technician specializing in Refrigeration and HVAC Maintenance in Riverton, UT. You will help maintain safety, functionality, and aesthetics of stores, equipment, and fixtures under guidance of the Market Manager.

You will perform inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance to ensure reliable store operations in a fast-paced environment with full benefits. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Walmart stores.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Able to sit or stand for long periods.
• Able to work in varying temperatures.
• Must maintain an excellent driving record.
• EPA Type I/II refrigerant handling certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform repairs and maintenance of Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets using multiple crafts.
• Use the work order management system to receive and document repair work orders.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete required training to operate equipment safely.

Education
