Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• EPA 608 Universal certification required.
• 5+ years hands-on HVAC/R experience in last 10 years.
• Proficiency with documentation platforms and learning management systems.
• Working knowledge of HVAC/R electrical systems including motor controls and diagnostics.
• Ability to safely handle refrigerants per EPA standards and teach safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum in classroom and lab with technical accuracy.
• Follow approved curriculum; no substitutions without approval.
• Adapt delivery to adult learners without compromising content.
• Prepare sessions in advance; maintain attendance and progress records.
• Identify and assist students who are struggling; intervene early.
