Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: at least 4 years of practical work in refrigeration, commercial HVAC, residential HVAC, mini splits, boilers.
• Certifications: EPA 608/Universal / OSHA 10-30 highly valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient and empathetic approach to teaching.
