Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or equivalent in HVAC/R with at least eight years in the field.
• Experience with residential and commercial applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, repair, and training skills.
• Willing to learn and keep current with latest industry developments.
• Customer-oriented, able to greet and service customers, and work as part of a team.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Able to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert level service and customer support during field visits.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Make product recommendations to the head of sales for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with staff to promote sales and provide technical support to customers.
