Job summary

DeBra-Kuempel is seeking an experienced HVAC/R Service Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, and repair of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial settings.

The ideal candidate will diagnose and troubleshoot equipment, handle preventive maintenance, and respond to emergency service calls, with strong experience in electrical components, schematics, and blueprints.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R mechanic experience including installation and maintenance of heating and air conditioning equipment.
• Ability to diagnose, maintain, adjust, repair, and replace HVAC systems and components.
• Proficient with computer-based technology and willing to learn new systems.
• Clear English communication and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heating and cooling equipment.
• Install and startup HVAC equipment and systems.
• Diagnose, repair and perform PM on HVAC/R systems and components.
• Communicate with customers regarding tasking and progress.
• Order replacement parts and document hours, materials, and procedures.
