Walmart is seeking a Licensed HVAC/R Facilities Manager to lead facilities maintenance operations across a local regional market. You will manage a team of skilled technicians and own maintenance performance beyond a single building.

You must hold an active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license and EPA certification, with 3–5 years in facilities management, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Travel ~50% nationwide within your region, with comprehensive benefits and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Current HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license in good standing in your state of residence.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering or a related field.
• Strong HVAC/mechanical knowledge and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and customer-service abilities.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and equipment performance improvements.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a team of facilities maintenance technicians.
• Oversee HVAC/R and general building maintenance across assigned locations.
• Partner with Store Managers and Facilities Services leaders to identify and resolve facility needs.
• Use reporting, analytics and root-cause analysis to improve equipment reliability and maintenance performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed.
• Maintain required contractor licensing and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Secure required permits and coordinate inspections.
• Conduct site inspections to support safety, quality and compliance standards.
