Responsibilities include documenting results, assisting root cause analyses, and promoting quality on the production floor through collaboration with teams and use of measurement tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training or coursework in QA, manufacturing, or HVAC systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure specifications are met.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records per company standards.
• Identify non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, multimeters) to verify dimensions and performance.
• Support internal audits and participate in quality training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with AAON’s quality management system and industry standards.
