Qualifications

• Must have 3–5+ years in quality inspection in manufacturing or HVAC-related environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, welding symbols, and specs.
• Proficiency with measurement tools and inspection techniques (calipers, micrometers, weld gauges).

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections of raw materials, components, and purchased parts to verify specifications.
• Conduct in-process inspections during fabrication, welding, piping, electrical assembly, and unit assembly operations.
• Perform final inspections of completed HVAC units prior to shipment.
• Use precision measuring equipment to verify dimensions and workmanship.
• Document and track NCRs and verify corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records and inspection reports using Excel and quality systems.
• Participate in audits, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement efforts.
