Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years HVAC purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• Hands-on ServiceTitan experience required.
• Experience managing purchasing decisions, vendor relationships, and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, materials, and suppliers.
• Proven vendor negotiation skills.
• Understanding of job costing, estimates, budgets, and profitability.
• Identify unnecessary expenses and implement cost-saving improvements.
• Experience reviewing and approving purchase orders.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and take accountability for results.
• Oversee purchasing across multiple locations.
• Must reside in the United States on the East Coast and be willing to travel to Harwich Port, MA and Wolcott, CT.

• Monitor material costs and purchasing trends.
• Address unnecessary spending and purchasing inefficiencies.
• Ensure purchases are properly recorded in ServiceTitan.
