Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC installation or service experience required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques required.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) is a must.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship expected.
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspections, testing, and adjustments on residential HVAC systems.
• Identify and correct installation deficiencies like ductwork adjustments.
• Complete punch list items promptly to close out jobs.
• Collaborate with installation teams and customers for seamless project completion.
• Maintain detailed records and quality control forms.
