Job summary

Strada Services is seeking an AC Punch Out Tech to install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new residential construction. You will follow manufacturer specs, codes, and company requirements while ensuring quality and safety.

Responsibilities include installing ductwork, HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bath fans, while maintaining high standards and reporting progress to the Field Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of hands-on duct or equipment installation in residential homes.
• Valid driver4s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Install ductwork in residential new construction homes.
• Install HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bath fans in new residential construction homes.
• Maintain quality standards on all installations.
• Uphold safety standards at all times.
• Report daily task completion to Field Supervisor.
• Willing to operate a company vehicle.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The AC Punch Out Tech is responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment in new construction residential homes following manufacturer specifications, industry codes and standards, and company requirements.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• NONE

Duties/Responsibilities

• Installation of ductwork in residential new construction homes.
• Installation of HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bath fans in new residential construction homes.
• Maintain quality standards on all installations and tasks.
• Always maintain safety standards.
• Report to the Field Supervisor of completion of daily tasks.
• Must be willing to operate a company vehicle.
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A Valid Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, testing equipment, and safe installation of new and replacement parts.

• Must possess hand tools and power tools to execute job duties.
• Must complete tasks, as assigned, within the company's standard timeframe.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity.

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience installing duct or equipment without assistance in residential homes.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 to 100 lbs. at times.
