Job summary

Strada Services in Henderson, NV is seeking an AC Punch Out Tech to install HVAC equipment in new residential construction, following manufacturer specs, industry codes and company requirements. Duties include installing ductwork, thermostats, grilles, piping and bath fans, and maintaining safety and quality standards on every job.

You will report to the Field Supervisor and must be willing to operate a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of experience installing duct or equipment in residential homes.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Ability to install ductwork, HVAC components and ensure safety on each job.

Responsibilities

• Install ductwork in residential new construction homes.
• Install HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping and bath fans in new residential construction homes.
• Maintain quality standards on all installations and tasks.
• Always maintain safety standards.
• Report to the Field Supervisor of completion of daily tasks.
• Must be willing to operate a company vehicle.
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities

• Installation of ductwork in residential new construction homes.
• Installation of HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bath fans in new residential construction homes.
• Maintain quality standards on all installations and tasks.
• Always maintain safety standards.
• Report to the Field Supervisor of completion of daily tasks.
• Must be willing to operate a company vehicle.
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills/Abilities

• A Valid Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, testing equipment, and safe installation of new and replacement parts.

• Must complete tasks, as assigned, within the company's standard timeframe.

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience installing duct or equipment without assistance in residential homes.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 to 100 lbs. at times.
