Job summary

Strada Services in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking an experienced AC Installer to install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment in new residential construction projects. You will follow manufacturer specifications and local codes to ensure quality installations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of duct or equipment installation experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work with hand and power tools. Safety and accuracy are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience installing duct or equipment in residential homes.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Install ductwork in residential new construction homes.
• Install HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bath fans in new residential construction homes.
• Maintain quality standards on installations.
• Maintain safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports.
• Update job-related knowledge or skills.
• Communicate with project personnel about details.
• Must be willing to operate a company vehicle.
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Summary

The AC Installer is responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment in new construction residential homes following manufacturer specifications, industry codes and standards, and company requirements.

Supervisory Responsibilities

None.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The AC Installer is responsible for installation of ductwork in residential new construction homes.
• Installation of HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bath fans in new residential construction homes.
• Maintain quality standards on all installations and tasks.
• Always maintain safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports.
• Update job-related knowledge or skills.
• Communicate with other personnel to discuss project details.
• Must be willing to operate a company vehicle.
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver\'s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, testing equipment, and safe installation of new and replacement parts.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience installing duct or equipment without assistance in residential homes.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 to 100 lbs. at times.
