Job summary

The Project Manager position at GLC Business Services in Buffalo, NY oversees HVAC, mechanical, and piping construction projects from inception to completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, client relations, and field operations to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and within budget.

Collaborate with owners, engineers, field supervisors, and contractors to resolve issues and deliver exceptional results for clients, while leading meetings and coordinating trades

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience in the mechanical construction industry.
• Experience managing HVAC, piping, and mechanical construction projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and cost-control capabilities with software proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage HVAC, mechanical, and piping construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope of work.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet objectives.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to stay on schedule and budget.
• Lead owner, architect, and contractor meetings, maintaining strong client relations.
