Energy Jobline ZR is assisting a well-established commercial mechanical contractor in Sioux Falls, SD, to hire a Commercial HVAC Project Manager. You will lead HVAC projects from kickoff to closeout, coordinating with field crews, engineers, and general contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes managing schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation while building strong customer relationships and maintaining safety on site.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC Project Management experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing multiple projects at one time.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC projects from kickoff through closeout.
