You will receive on-the-job training and mentorship, with a clear path to Senior PM, a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule, and benefits. Salary is USD70,000–USD85,000 per year with OTE and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• HVAC Project Manager with commercial project experience.
• Experience overseeing projects within commercial construction / commercial HVAC.
• Strong business acumen and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee project delivery, coordination, and close-out.
• On-site Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
