We are seeking an HVAC Project Manager-Government Specialist to manage mechanical construction projects from handoff through closeout. This role is responsible for schedule coordination, cost control, field coordination, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget. Someone with a background working on federal projects or buildings owned by the national government, familiar with Davis-Bacon and Related Federal Acts, and proven experience managing plan spec jobs would be the ideal fit.
