K Komfort Heating & Cooling seeks an HVAC Design Engineer to lead design, coordination, and execution of HVAC systems for commercial, multifamily, and municipal projects. Based in our Grafton, WI office with coverage across Milwaukee, Madison, and Green Bay metro areas, the role suits a 2–5 year professional eager to expand technical expertise.

We are seeking an HVAC Design Engineer who will play a key role in the design, coordination, and execution of HVAC systems for commercial, multifamily, and municipal projects. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with 2–5 years of experience who is eager to expand their technical expertise within a rapidly scaling organization.
The HVAC Design Engineer will collaborate closely with Project Managers, internal engineering staff, field teams, and clients to develop practical, efficient, and code-compliant HVAC system designs.
