Job summary

Capstone Mechanical, LP. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Project Manager to plan, execute and finalize projects for customers, sourcing materials and ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

You will lead project engineers and superintendents, conduct hand-offs, visit sites weekly, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to management while coordinating with subs, foremen and the general contractor. A strong HVAC background is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Project Management/Project engineering in the mechanical/plumbing industry.
• Strong experience in the HVAC industry.
• Handling multiple small and changeout projects daily.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and finalize projects for customers.
• Source and procure goods and materials within budget and timeline.
• Manage project engineers and general superintendents.
• Attend weekly project management meetings and monthly billing meetings.
• Document progress, track milestones, and communicate status to management.
• Ensure safety and quality controls on job sites and manage change orders.
