Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with engineers, architects, and other disciplines.
• Provide engineering depth and support to other divisions.
• Maintain and build relationships with developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors and vendors.
• Manage and monitor schedule and budget; ensure execution meets criteria and specs.
• Create, prepare and deliver recommendations, designs, reports, and results to clients and teams.
• Attend meetings and field surveys; provide on-the-job training for design staff.
• Advise building owners on cost effective solutions when they arise.
