Job summary

Thermal Concepts, LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead HVAC service projects in Orlando. You will plan, coordinate with clients, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, strong leadership, and proficiency in PM software. Travel to job sites may be needed; competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably HVAC or construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

What you'll do:

• Plan, execute, and oversee HVAC service projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Position Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.


• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, service processes, and industry standards.


• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
