The ideal candidate has HVAC project management experience, can read drawings and specs, and excels in communication, organization, and problem solving across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing HVAC or mechanical construction projects.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and specs.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC projects from handover to completion.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and procurement.
• Review drawings, specs, and submittals.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Oversee RFIs, change orders, POs, and material releases.
• Drive project closeout and commissioning.
