Qualifications

• Experience overseeing HVAC design, installation and maintenance on multiple projects.
• Ability to work with clients, architects and engineers to meet project specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Prepare status reports and update stakeholders on progress.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Supervise project team members and provide guidance as needed.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Execute project closeout and handover to the client.
