Golden Eagle Heating, Cooling & Drain Cleaning is hiring an organized and experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee installation projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities
- Manage residential and light-commercial HVAC installation projects
- Review sold jobs, contracts, estimates, equipment selections, and project requirements
- Schedule projects and coordinate installers, apprentices, subcontractors, and inspections
- Order equipment and materials and track expected delivery dates
- Confirm that all materials are available before each project begins
- Communicate schedules, changes, and project updates to customers and employees
- Visit job sites to monitor quality, safety, and progress
- Ensure installations follow project plans, manufacturer requirements, and local codes
- Identify potential delays or problems and create solutions
- Track project costs, labor hours, materials, change orders, and job profitability
- Maintain accurate job notes, photographs, permits, and other required documentation
- Coordinate final inspections, system start-ups, and customer walkthroughs
- Make sure completed projects are properly closed out and invoiced
- Support and hold installation teams accountable for quality and performance
Skills and Qualifications
- HVAC installation, construction management, or project-management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of HVAC equipment and installation processes
- Excellent organization, leadership, and communication skillsAbility to manage several projects and deadlines at the same time
- Experience coordinating employees, customers, vendors, and inspectors
- Ability to read estimates, plans, specifications, and equipment information
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and mobile applications
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
