Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years of experience in project management, construction, or HVAC-related work preferred.
• Familiarity with project tracking or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in HVAC or skilled trades is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of residential HVAC projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and internal staff.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during projects.
• Track progress and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records, including job documentation and billing details.
• Monitor performance metrics and support process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $60,000-$80,000 per year, based on experience
• Performance-based bonus opportunities (total compensation may exceed $100,000)
